“FIRST CLASS SERVICE! While driving home with my grandson on Friday, my car started making a growling, whining noise(Ugh, but that’s my best description). Then steering became difficult to turn. I was afraid I wouldn’t make it home! So my son mentioned Jose at Laynas because he fixed my son’s girlfriends car and at fair price. We filled the car with power steering fluid and drove it to Jose first thing Monday. He was super friendly, courteous and walked right out to take a look at the car. Jose gave me a fair quote and estimated length of time the repair would take. He warned me it might be the line, but he might also have to replace the pump. Because I didn’t have a ride home, I was going to have to wait in Jose’s building. Jose noticed this and volunteered to take me home and return to get me when the car repair was done. Almost an hour earlier than I expected, Jose called to say my car was ready, and he was on his way to get me! Car repaired the same day I brought it to Jose, he didn’t charge me for a pump I didn’t need and he was friendly, professional and caring. I highly recommend LAYNA’s and Jose.
